Greetings. A California appeals court has reinstated an age discrimination lawsuit by Brian Reid against Google. While I am not in a position to comment on the merits of the suit, Brian is a contemporary of mine going back to early Internet days, and the story itself is interesting reading, as are the comments associated with the story.
